Alright. So first let's talk about the pros Aventura Condominiums of living in Aventura pros. One of the reasons is my favorite neighborhoods in all of Miami is Royal Palm Beach Condos probably going to be because of the location. That I've been served, Florida is zinc. So pretty West Palm Beach Condo much you're five minutes away from the beach. Pretty much just crossover bridge into sunny house.
